Full and partial refunds are possible after your purchase as long as the return falls in line with our return policy. 

In the event that one or more of our items does not work out for you,  we will process a return and issue the credit back to Affirm. Refunds will be posted to your Affirm account after Affirm processes the refund request on their end. 

In the event that we issue a store credit instead of a refund, you will still be responsible for paying off your Affirm loan. 

If you have already made loan payments or a down payment, Affirm will issue a refund credit to the bank account or debit card used to make the payments. 

Please note that Affirm does not refund any paid interest. 

A refund credit will appear in your account within three (3) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
