Full price and sale merchandise purchased on our site may be returned within 30 days of order delivery. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be available. We reserve the right to deny refund for items that do not meet our return policy requirements as well as the right to restrict or refuse future transactions through JohnVarvatos.com to any customer who exhibits an unreasonable return pattern. Underwear, Gift Cards and items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return online, you'll need the Order Number (found on the invoice that accompanied the shipment) and the Email Address of the person who placed the order.

The full amount will be credited to the original tender if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt for purchases made in-store. Cash tender over $100 will be refunded through direct bank wire. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn with tags attached, to be accepted as a return. Price adjustments will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. Receipts marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.
Proof of purchase must be available. We understand that sometimes that information isn't available, however as a minimum we will require the full name of the individual who placed the order.
