Under European Union regulations, customers have a statutory right to cancel and withdraw from online purchases within 14 days of receiving the item. To make this process as seamless as possible, we have introduced a dedicated digital withdrawal function in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.

How to submit a withdrawal request

You can initiate and submit your withdrawal completely online. You do not need to log into an account or contact our support team to get the process started.

Simply scroll down to the footer of any of our EU websites, or look at the checkout page, and click on the link labeled “Withdrawal Request”. This link will take you directly to our online form.

Once there, just enter your email address, full name, and the specific order number (or the details of the items) you wish to cancel. Our team will take care of the rest!

Please keep in mind that if your order is already in process or has left our warehouse, we might not be able to stop the physical shipment. But don't worry—if that happens, our team will still fully support you through the withdrawal process, help you with returning the item and make sure you get a full refund without undue delay.

Once you submit the form, our team will review it and get back to you via email during business hours.
