We only issue corporate checks to customers that request them IN STORE. No checks should be/will be issued for eCom customers. If a customer reaches out to Customer Care for more information, please reach out to Retail Operations who can find out the status of the check. They will also follow-up with the store to reach out to the customer with more details.
